When we booked with Chris Wood we booked our 2 weeks through Mastercard. Since we have spoken with Mastercard and they too have given us the run around. We contacted Mastercard within a couple of hours of talking with Chris but the transaction had already been put through. This guy didn't waste any time. Does anyone know how to go about disputing this with Mastercard?
