If they say that ALL units-rooms are only ASSIGNED when you arrive, - WHY are Most RESALES listed as UNASSIGNED or VARIES,- under BUILDING, and some say LIGHTHOUSE -OCEANSIDE ? If I want to BUY one in the LIGHTHOUSE Building facing the LAZY RIVER where the Entrance is where you walk out to the BRIDGE going over to the Pool BAR, - Do you have to Buy one that just says " LIGHTHOUSE-OCEANSIDE "? OR, can you just pick ANY listing that says - UNASSIGNED - Oceanside or OceanVIEW ? Does it really matter? How can they GURANTEE when SELLING their unit that you will ALWAYS get " Lighthouse-Oceanside " when you buy it as it says in their listing?!!
