I have read many times that Pay-Pay isn't going to help the card holder when it comes to renting.

Seems this is only good to get the money to the owner very fast.

Many post about other people thinking this makes it safe for them and finds after joining Pay-Pal and paying their fee's the owner is the one that its worth while to belong to.

I'm not a fan since 2002 and would never use them!
