PayPal offers absolutely NO protection to the person parting with money in a "non-tangibles" transaction. Rentals are just such "non-tangibles" transactions.

PayPal guarantees prompt payment to the RECIPIENT of the money, but PayPal offers ABSOLUTELY NO protection to the person actually parting with their money in a "non-tangibles" transaction.

NEVER use PayPal to pay for a rental ---- NEVER!!!
