Yes, I found out yesterday about the new deceitful policies that Redweek has implemented. I have rented my timeshare for at least ten years through Redweek but now renting out a studio unit will cost me, the owner, an additional $99. plus shockingly they would also charge the person renting an additional $120.00. We are talking about a studio unit that I have usually rented for $1000.00. which just barely covers the cost of the yearly maintenance fee. I am very disappointed and will have to research a different company to rent my timeshare through.
