If we bought a villa (Beach Club?) at $90 a point is there anyway to predict if in 5 years it will be worth more or less than 90?

If it's worth $90pp then the cost of ownership (excluding annual fees) is the lost interest on the initial investment.

If less, the CoO is interest + depreciation

If more, the CoO is appreciation - interest

What do you educated people think?
