The process is the same for everyone staying at Surf Club. An online reservation system is used. You will be given the QR code and website at check-in. Half of the palapas are available at 5pm (night before the day you want one) and half are available at 7am (day you want one). When you get on the website, it will have a map of available palapas. You click on the one you want and proceed to checkout. Some are free, most are around $10.

We have always been able to get one 3-4 rows back from the ocean. Note that you need to be ready to reserve when the time slots open.
