I signed a contract yesterday with Tafer Residence Club in Mexico and literally later that day, we found out my wife is pregnant. With the expected cost of a 2nd baby, we decided we cant afford the monthly payment for the loan and sent an email that we will cancel that next day but the sales person said the contract is "Final Sale" due to the deals we received and that it's written somewhere in the contract that it is final sale. Does this "clause" cancel the 5 day cancellation period? I live in Canada and will change our credit cards, I was just hoping the cancellation is still valid and that they will refund our deposit. Aldo hoping they wont affect our credit score.
