Contract extension from 30 to 100 years (by Anne G.):

We would like to contact someone at Pueblo Bonito who would refund us the extra fee and return our contract to allow us to borrow one year in advance. Reservations and sales have been no help. Does anyone have a better email address?

Hi We booked our next June stay last week. We own but didn't upgrade to the 100 year thing. Sounds like a scam. They charged our account before we ever said no and it was removed. If you check your Concord Servicing account you see it there and that it was charged before you ever agreed to it. Call them too. That is who sends the billing for the yearly fees and your mortgage if you still have one.
