I signed up with a resale agency called exclusive sales out of florida... they claimed that they could sell my property as soon as 2 months. Off course nothing happened... I tried to get my money back with no results...

Then somewhere in forums I found a company called RefundPlus.com. They fight for your refund and then you pay them a percentage. I signed up with them a couple of months ago and I got my refund yesterday:):)

I had $1200 returned to me... and I paid them a commission of $192... which is not bad at all.
