No i paid that after i got my refund. But to initiate the case I paid 69 .99 i think it was.. which is also refundable when after they get their commission.

but they do the job... i just got a mail from them as well which said that besides the refund they forward it a complaint written out by their lawyer to appropriate government agency which after getting numerous complaints will investigate and hopefully shut them down!
