There is not yet a legitimate upfront fee company to be found in all the years I've been reading timeshare forums .... almost 10 years now. I honestly don't see how the owners of such companies and their employees can sleep at night. That's why I question the $69.99 fee that the company you mention charges upfront.

Perhaps you can bring forth other satisfied customers with honest testimonials regarding that particular company. But, like I said, in the 4 years they've been in business, I have never, ever heard of them ....... that makes me very suspicious. If they do all you say they do, the company name would be discussed bigtime on all the different timeshare forums on the internet.

Also, they say on their webpage that they do not charge an upfront fee, that they are paid after the money is refunded, however you state that you had to pay them $69.99 to begin the process .... this is out and out false advertising.
