yea well honestly i dont know if they've been in business for that long... i just know that they got my money back... that's frankly all i care about... and wanted to share my experience with others... didn't really care about whether the website says 4 years in business or 2008 copyright and turned out ok for me...

you do whatever works for u...

but thanks for digging that information up from their website... it shows that you care about others like i do.. but if i posted here a question about that company before signing up ... your replies would've probably stopped me from getting my money back :)...

The company may be legitimate .... only time will tell.

And yes, I care about the consumer as there are so many scams involved in the timeshare industry, as is evidenced in these forums, that when any upfront fee is required then I become very leary.

I feel so bad that thousands upon thousands of people have been taken in by upfront fee scams. As I said above, time and testimonials will tell if this company is legitimate.

I saw on their webpage where they take a percentage of the refund based on the amount of the refund, but how can they be certain that the person getting the refund will pay them (I believe it's within 30 days)?

It all sounds just a little fuzzy to me, although the webpage is very slick and well put together.
