cathy, what date did you buy from Westgate? In Florida you have a certain amount of days to rescind a developer bought timeshare (it's in your contract). If you rescinded after that timeframe then I'm afraid it's too late. The rescission letter you sent by USPS certified mail/return receipt, date/time stamp is the main criteria justifying a rescission, not the day/time it reaches the resort.
