Wait until you have the money in hand, but in the meantime amend the ad to indicate that a rental agreement is in progress. If you intend to rent your TS NEXT year, then I would even suggest that after you receive payment for THIS year, you change the ad to next year's dates. IMHO, you paid for the advertising; you might as well se the entire period.
