When you get some advice, please pass it on! I tried to rent our time share in Ft Lauderdale with no success, and now want to sell it.

The one piece of advice I HAVE received, is to NEVER sign up with a company that takes their fee in advance. After they have their fee, they have no further incentive to perform.
