Hi. If you own the timeshare free and clear, you are best off if you sell it yourself. I suggest offer renting with option to buy, and providing some or all of the rental price toward the purchase. The buyer then knows what he is getting and can better assess the value to him/her. I think by this method you probably can get close to the best resale price possible. There are timeshare properties that cannot even be given away. Stan.
