Hi, I occasionally get calls about renting my timeshares for an upfront fee. I tell them to "buzz off". Maybe in the future, if I have nothing else to do, I will engage them in conversation as long as I can. This will prevent them from "shafting" someone else, while I am conversing with them. Stan.
