O.K. "lucky one" --- we'll certainly be happy here to just look for ourselves at the book and page of the recorded deed in the appropriate county records, verifying this alleged transaction. It's a public record, easily verified by anyone, merely referencing the seller name or buyer name. So "put up" those details for our examination and verification, Patrick, and reform us "disbelievers".
