As Mike stated above, if you price your MC week right then you should have no problem selling it yourself on the sites Mike listed above. Do some research to see what people are asking for their MC weeks and go from there. However, just because someone lists a price that doesn't mean they'll get it. In this market you really should be competitive if you want to sell fast.

NYC is one location where there's a limited supply of timeshares but the demand is great .... it's all about supply and demand.
