They'll tell you they have a buyer and ask for hundreds of $$ BEFORE they can complete the sale, which is a bunch of "bull". After you pay them the money, the buyer (and your money) mysteriously disappear, never to be seen again. All you need to do is tell them to take the $$ out of the sale and you'll hear all kinds of stories that they are not real estate agents and therefore cannot take commissions.

Give the guy the deal of his life, Since he already has a buyer at twice your asking price, offer to sell the guy your TS at YOUR asking price; he can then resell it to the other party and reap the huge profits.
