People are procrastinators and no one will do anything and they know it ,if and when you want to sell your timeshare in the Hacienda del Mar you'll find out that there are very high legal cost that are to be paid by the seller in Puerto Rico.

The only way to really have power is to have a board of directors for this timeshare if there isn't any now,many timeshares have them and they have many owners on the board along with some management. I just saw the CEO of Hyatt on TV and they are hurting from the poor economy because food and drink dollars are not as high as they used to be and are affecting their budget and causing lower salaries for their employees. The last thing they need now is negative publicity about their product
