Resales Buy Owner called my home yesterday and asked to speak to my Mother (she passed away six years ago) and of course I told them I was her. I listened to their BS and was told that they are licensed Real Estate Brokers. They gave me the name of the Broker as well as the person I was speaking to. After being told once again that my Vistana was worth $24,000 I gave them my name and told them I sell timeshare on the resale market and basically that I would be reporting their Broker and the person I was speaking to to the DBPR. I then explained that there was information on the TV about upfront fees and that you had to have a real estate license etc. The gentleman said a few not nice words and hung up on me.
