There are several web sites for owners to list their TS for sale or rent without spending hundreds or thousands of dollars In addition to RedWeek, the other popular sites are: TUG, My Resort Network, bidshares, Vacation Timeshare Rentals, craigslist, and eBay.

There are tens of thousands of timeshares on the market. Do the research and price it very competitively. The biggest issue with Mexican TS is they are becoming so abundant that people choose to just rent instead of buy.
