My thoughts exactly, I asked them for a letter with the company's information and address, etc. But they denied it, this is all too fishy and they don't inspire any confidence. They expect everyone to confide in them and just pay them the money because they are taking advantage of our economic distress to their benefit. Don't ever give money to a company that doesn't give you information about them, becuse this way if you have a claim or need to contact them, you can find them and actually write to the company.
