This may not be what you want to hear (and please don't shoot the messenger), but a "signature" is not actually required to create and execute a valid contract. If you voluntarily provided payment for a "listing" and your timeshare has indeed been "listed", then a valid contract has been executed.

If you paid by credit card and you want to TRY to dispute the charge (all credit card companies have specific time limits in which to do so, however) that is probably your one and only shot at getting your money back (and it's a long shot). These types of parasites are in the business of collecting your money --- not returning it...
