I am new to this RedWeek site, so please excuse me if this is an old topic. Are there any other Manhattan Club owners who (like me) are never able to get use of their weeks becuase of "sell outs', even when you call the DAY that advance booking is allowed?

I believe that the MC management has deliberately oversold the facility, and that we were fraudulently mislead by their sales staff into believeing that our suite would be availbe, even on short ("hey, if you are stuck in NYC unexpectedly, just call and come use your suite") notice.

I am so frustrated and angry at the management's attitude and incompetence (NO hotel security, YEARS waiting for elevator upgrades, Year -plus without the owners lounge) I am interested in seeing if other owners are interested in filing a class-action suit.
