We were lucky in dealing with Apex Professionals. We paid them upfront and they did transfer our three timeshares out of our names, but I had to get some help from an attorney to get the tranaction completed. It took about 6 months to get it all transferred, but we no longer have the worry of selling them or the maintenance fees since the deeds have been changed. I would like to see what we can do to get a class action suit against the Resales Buy Owner. These people are the lowest scum on the earth and have swindled a lot of timeshare owners out of considerable money. Would be interested in knowing what reply you get form the Florida Attorney General.
