The class action lawsuit (known as Murillo vs. RCI in Federal Court in NJ) was initiated nearly four years ago. The case is now officially OVER as of a few weeks ago, concluding with a fizzle and a settlement too weak to flatter with further description here. Accordingly, there is nothing for you to "join" at this late juncture.
