What is ROFR? I own 2 Marriott weeks but considering Royal Haciendas in Playa de Carmen.

Im thinking of selling 1 of my Marriott weeks, do I need to contact Marriott first? Do they do the transaction or do I have to find a closing company? Who pays the cost - the seller or buyer?

I did not see anything for Haciendas on ebay.
