It depends on how long ago it wqas charged on your card. Depending on who you talk to they might only dispute up to 60 days. I wrote all the things they told me on the phone, when I called them(I checked my phone records), who I talked to. The more ammo you can give them the better your chance of getting your money back. I also went to the A.G. and I called them to see who eles I could tell. I have also found companies that will try to get your money back for you, but becareful some want money upfront(sounds fishy).
