La Cabana Beach Resort Aruba is a very high demanded resort and sells out regularly. Occupancy is usually over 75%.
Same for Marriott Aruba.
I don't think anyone pays a timeshare owner "just under the rack rate" of the resort. And by personal experiance and just by looking at the Marriott Aruba listings "Same for Marriott Aruba" must only apply to the fact it is high demand, not that owner pricing is just under the rack rate.
