In the letter addressed to me from the Attorney Generals Office it stated, "In order to prove damages to the court, we are required to submit consumer affidavits. The total compensation or recovery is dependent on receiving affidavits from as many affected consumers as possible. Therefore, our ability to seek restitution on your behalf is subject to our receipt of your executed affidavit." Don't delay!
