I totally agree with you I an others have all sent in our complaint we cannot sit back and do nothing, you can also download and print out the complaint form on line in which I did and others. Did you file with your states consumer affairs they will also do something. I also filed with the federal trade commission, and the FBI. I will not rest until something is done. Go to www.ripoffreport.com and read all the complaints in there.
