The issue of proper notification by RCI did indeed come up during the pre-settlement proceedings in Murillo vs. RCI. However, in view of the fact that the case is now over and done with --- with nothing of any meaningful or long-term significance achieved --- it's academic anyhow.

You certainly didn't "miss out" on any "benefits" by being unaware of the case over its' nearly four year life span. Any and all "benefits" in the settlement are (and will remain) both temporary and worthless...
