Not sure how to price this week sccordingly. I have the week of November 1-8, 2010 and there have been not hits or email requests for this rental. Am I too high for renting this week?
The Hacienda has a real high maintenance and the Playa del Sol is pay as you use in with 50 bonus weeks that never expire through Trading Places, again pay as you use them or sell them.
We're trying to decide how to sell one of them and what are the best measures to take to make this decision. First how do you know what the property is worth, I've been approached by a lot of SCAMS wanting money upfront, next how do you know the cost behind selling the title? I guess there is a lot to factor in here, any advise would be greatly appreciated for starters!!
