I also have been waiting a year. I thought there was a class action suit. I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Florida. I understood there was a settlement on March 10th and thought I filed my claim but the attorney generals website doesn't show it.

Everone file a complaint with the Attorney general and if thereisn't one, then let's start a class action suit against them.
