Apparently there was a big meeting and Dorado Beach is starting to renovate (not Cerromar) The Beach Bohio was purchased by another owner and is being run poorly, although now serving breakfast as well as lunch and dinner...Originally we had 3 months to pay out maintenence fee when I bought...now bill comes and is due in a month! I want to rent but not sure how to go about, being as how, the place has very little to offer...would love to do a law suit...please get one started...You know that when they do the Ritz, WE will NOT be allowed to use facilities...
