Today is the 19th and no response from Hyatt. I thought that would be their response and I doubt that they will respond even next week, so I guess we stand still until I can get a better way to reach someone in the Hyatt Corporation to discuss our feeling about what has happened to us at this resort. Their response will be some people love it this way because it's so quiet.. Any suggestions?
