If you have an outstanding loan on a timeshare, as suggested in your quoted above post, there is NO entity existing on Planet Earth that can or will "get you out of" that loan obligation (...a legally binding contract into which you voluntarily chose to enter).

Rather than waste money on the delusion of somehow achieving the impossible, you might consider contacting the developer (in writing, not by phone) to see if they will consider negotiating a deedback in lieu of foreclosure. Likely not, but it costs NOTHING to inquire. Paying an upfront fee to ANY parasite company in the pipe dream of achieving the impossible would be outright foolish.
