That is exactly what happened...no contact. I did try to contact them in Canada but they claim ignorance. I lodged a complaint with the BBB in Canada and they just denied it so the case was dropped. It is hard to prove that they subtley keep you from using your time share and the raised rates don't seem to be an issue. I lost all of my money. I hear they just keep reselling the units.
