Thanks for the reply. You have a good point about the management company being the perpetrator of unethical acts that constitute breaches of contract. You are right, they probably don't have a leg to stand on as far as retribution if one does not pay the exorbitant fees. I did, however, have the thought that I would get continual billing from the management company; something that I would like to avoid. Sending them a letter saying that I am no longer interested in continuing my affiliation was an option that I was considering. That may or may not stop any future harrassment. Your thoughts?
