I've never heard of this company. Have you tried entering their name or phone number in a search engine? Sometimes the results can be a real eye-opener.

Whatever you learn or don't learn about this company, just remember this guideline: Never, ever pay anyone a large upfront fee to sell, rent out, or market your timeshare.

If they charge a large upfront fee, all you will get is a wimpy listing on an obscure website. That's not much bang for your buck if you pay a large upfront fee. Or, in other words, if they charge a large upfront fee, then they're a scam!
