Holiday Property Management would like you to consider the following resale proposal of your Rancho Banderas vacation property.

Owner(s): Resort: Rancho Banderas Unit/Points: 240 Season: Exchange Company: Purchase Price Offer: $16,900USD

We at Holiday Property Management (Here there after know as HPM). GUARANTEES the purchase of the property mentioned above. HPM will act as an intermediary on behalf of the buyer and the seller. Before, the property can be transferred in to the new owners name, based on the payment of ($16,900USD),a statement must be received from the seller, prior to receiving payment, stating that there will be no other charges for services rendered from neither HPM nor any of its agents.

HPM GUARANTEES the sale amount of ($16,900USD) will be paid to the owner(s) after the transfer of ownership has been completed, and all parties have been satisfied. This information is provided by the registered owner at each independent resort. HPM assumes all information to be accurate and true to the best of the owner ́s knowledge. The seller must provide proof of ownership or deed. HPM will conduct a title search and verification prior to transfer of ownership. Conveyance of interest and final funding will take place 30 to 90 days following verification. Any discrepancy may warrant an adjustment by HPM or its agents.

We at HPM hereby inform you that an 8% commission charge will be paid in full after you have received your full payment.

Seller acknowledges that any outstanding obligations prior to the date of the resale from the above mentioned properties such as: Past due balances, Interest Charges, Past due Maintenance Fees or any other monetary obligations is sole obligation of the Registered Owner.By signing this document, owners DO NOT relinquish the right to their property. Please feel free to contact us with any further questions or concerns. In interest of both parties this proposal has to be sent back urgently. Please assist us in providing you with a fast and efficient service.
