Within just the past very few days, several such (nearly identical) inquiries about this (heretofore completely unknown) entity called "Worldwide Property Transfers" have very suddenly popped up on several different timeshare sites on the Internet.

A suspicious and attentive cynic (...yes, that's me...) might be inclined to believe that someone is simply trying to "manufacture" some "name recognition" by placing multiple "have you heard of this outfit?" inquiries in various timeshare sites on the Internet.

Speaking only for myself and for my own 30 years of direct timeshare experience, the answer is a resounding "NO, I have NEVER heard of this outfit before --- NEVER!".
