We had a nearly identical letter from HPM and the offered resale price they offer us seems to good to believe. We have been forwarded an exclusive re-sale contract for our Playa del Sol fractional and we are trying to find out if this is a scam and if so how it works. We have been told that Reliance Escrow Services (Houston) will be used as the intermediary company for the resale. We can't find anything negative about this company on the web so also ask if you or anyone have info on this company. Have you had any feed back from your inquire in regards to HPM? Thanks, Mike
