I'm not sure who you guys signed up with. I've had an account with exclusive corporate for a while now, and am completely satisfied. I had some issues at first since I had to renew my account twice before getting anything. But I actually got a couple to rent my timeshare for a decent amount, and since they loved my place and the price I gave them, they rented from me again! I made back my marketing fee in two rentals, and got to keep an extra $500 for myself. The contract from Exclusive does say that I have to let them know if I need to continue marketing since I would be the only one receiving offers directly. I was given a lot of information over the phone that was a little confusing, but most of that was on their site and in an email they sent me with all the terms and conditions. I went for it, and I made a profit. I could only suggest that you be careful with who you talk to and research what your getting into. I've had other companies call me since then, and they wanted more money, and their "sales pitch" sounded too good to be true. Those are the people you don't deal with, but Exclusive definitely worked for me.
