Ok... I too was contacted by ECM. at first I was completely determined it was a scam as well. It took what felt like forever to even receive a call back from them. I had just forked over $800 to them to rent out my property. I called their customer service team and they explained to me the "ins" and "outs" of timeshare renting and made me feel a whole lot better about the program. Sure enough, quite some time later mind you, I received a call. An Army guy and his family wanted to take a last minute trip so I accepted the offer. Granted the rental price was a smaller total then I was expecting. I still got my money back and they are continuing to market my time. Seems like im gonna keep making more money with the right company.
