I used them in the past. My property was sold, not rented and I made a good amount from it. I was never a timeshare person but my husband talked me into it. After he became my ex-husband is when I realized I never wanted the property anyways and he refused to pay the yearly fees for it. So it was almost a blessing when ECM called because after such a disgusting settlement with my ex I could never afford the yearly fees. Instead it sold and at just the right time when I needed the money the most. Thanks ECM!
