Have you heard of a company called Luxury Resort Services. They have offered to resell my timeshare with no upfront fees, only a 7% commission when I receive the funds from the sale. I have been approached a number of times by other companies that require an upfront fee and have never bitten. I cannot find any references to this company here at Redweek or online in general which makes me nervous. Their pitch is that they are selling these timeshare blocks to companies that book seminars and conferences. Any advice?
